Before we begin, please ensure you have the following items:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Username<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporary Password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These would have been emailed to you or provided at the time of a visit. Your username is typically the primary email we have on file for you. Without these, you will not be able to set up the App at this point in time. either the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for the Healow app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The app is a light blue circle with a lowercase, white has-text-align-center\">TeleVisit Appointments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nTeleVisit appointments are a wonderful tool for circumstances when you cannot come into HealthCore Clinic. They are appointments with your HealthCore Clinic medical professional conducted directly through the Healow app as an enhanced telephone call. Your TeleVisit appointments will show up in your \u201cAppointments\u201d tab, located at the top of the main screen of the app.\n\n<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/healthcoreclinic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ApptNotification-178x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1917\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click &#8220;Appointments&#8221; tab to open the My Appointments page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/healthcoreclinic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/MyAppts-178x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1918\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click your upcoming appointment to open the details page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/healthcoreclinic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/StartTeleVisit-178x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1919\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anytime up to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your TeleVisit appointment, click the \u201cStart TeleVisit\u201d button at the bottom of your screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This will prompt you to enter your current vitals, such as\u2026\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Height<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blood Pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temperature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respiratory Rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pulse Rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only enter the vitals you know, you may leave the rest blank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the \u201cSubmit Vitals\u201d button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/healthcoreclinic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Vitals-178x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1920\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click \u201cStart TeleVisit.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/healthcoreclinic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/StartTeleVisit2-178x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1921\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\n\nYou will now see a virtual waiting room until your provider joins the call.
