A Little Different<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A medical visit at HealthCore may be different than what you\u2019ve experienced before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though each client has unique needs, you can expect the following at your medical visit to HealthCore Clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>

  1. Check In<\/strong>One of our caring nurses will meet with you to go over any concerns or questions you may have, as well as gather some basic vitals, like blood pressure, weight and height.<\/span>\n\n\n\n
  2. Medical Exam<\/strong>Your Medical Provider will examine any areas of concern, and ask you further questions to help determine the best treatment. If further treatment is needed, the Provider will explain the procedures he or she recommends, and help determine if the need is more immediate or can be scheduled at a later date.<\/span>\n\n\n\n
  3. Integrated Care Benefit<\/strong>Our integrated care team, including our dental and behavioral health professionals<\/a>, may meet with you to address any other health challenges we can help you with. Our whole-body approach to health may be different than you\u2019ve experienced before, but we believe your healthcare should be just as connected as the systems in your body.<\/span>\n\n\n\n
  4. Follow Up<\/strong>After your visit is complete, a member of our team can help you schedule your next appointment, determine the amount due, if any, and answer any additional questions you may have. <\/span>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
