If you or a loved one are in Phase 2 of the Kansas Vaccination Plan and have not received your 1st<\/sup>\u00a0dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, please sign up to get your COVID-19 vaccine this Friday. Please sign up ASAP to reserve your time this Friday (3\/19) to receive your 1st<\/sup>\u00a0dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where<\/em> Is The Vaccine Event?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Friday’s vaccine event will be at the Boys & Girls Club<\/a>, located at 2400 N Opportunity Dr, Wichita, KS 67219<\/a>. There will be road signs indicating where to park and members of the HealthCore team helping direct traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who<\/em> Is Eligible?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are accepting everyone that qualifies in Phase 2 of the Kansas Vaccination Plan. You will be required to provide documentation of qualification when completing the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State of Kansas has opened up Phase 2 to include more populations. Here is who is currently eligible to get vaccinated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Sedgwick County resident age 65 and older<\/li>
  • Critical Workers in Sedgwick County Phase 1 and Phase 2<\/li>
  • Health Care-Associated Workers<\/li>
  • K-12 School Personnel<\/li>
  • Veterinarians<\/li>
  • Public Safety Agencies<\/li>
  • Licensed Childcare Workers<\/li>
  • Aviation and Supply Chain<\/li>
  • Meat Processing Plants<\/li>
  • Public Ground and Air Transportation<\/li>
  • Licensed Congregate Settings<\/li>
  • USPS Workers<\/li>
  • Department of Motor Vehicles<\/li>
  • Higher Education<\/li>
  • Clergy or Religious Officials<\/li>
  • Private Packaging and Postal Delivery<\/li>
  • Grocery Store and Food Services<\/li>
  • Agriculture Workers<\/li>
  • High Contact Retail Sales<\/li>
  • Warehouse and Sales Outlets<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
