Are you or a loved one 65 years of age or older? If yes, and you have not received your 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, please sign up to get your COVID-19 vaccine this Friday.

Help Someone Sign Up
Know someone who is 65+ but doesn’t have access to a computer to sign up or transportation to get to the vaccine event. Please, help them sign up and help make arrangements for transportation.
Where Is The Vaccine Event?
Friday’s vaccine event will be at HealthCore Clinic, located at 2707 E 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67214.
HealthCore has 2 entrances. This event will take place at our Respiratory Clinic, located on the East side of our building. There will signs indicating where to park and members of the HealthCore team helping direct traffic.
