HealthCore Clinic is excited to announce that online appointment scheduling is now available via our website. New and existing patients can easily request an appointment with the provider of their choice by clicking the “Request Appointment” button in the menu.

How To Request An Appointment

Anytime you need to see a member of the HealthCore Clinic team, simply click the “Request Appointment” button in the menu of the website. This will direct you to the online appointment scheduler through Healow, our scheduling software. The process is very simple:

1. Select Your Provider

On the main page of the online scheduler, find the HealthCore provider you want to see. You can click on the provider’s picture or name to learn more about them and see what they specialize in. You will also see what languages they speak, their educational background, and more.

Don’t see the provider you are looking for? We are in the process of getting all of our providers and services added to the online scheduler at this time. If you don’t see your provider, or have questions, call us at 316-691-0249.

2. Request An Appointment

From the main scheduler page, you can click the “Book” button next to any provider. If you are on a provider’s info page, a “Book An Appointment” tab will show their schedule.

You’ll be asked a few questions such as if you are a new or existing patient, what insurance you have, and other basic questions.

You will then be able to see the days and times the provider is available and select the time you want to request an appointment.

3. Watch Your Email

You will be sent a confirmation to the email you provided during the appointment request process in step 2. This initial email alerts you that HealthCore has received your request and will get back to you with a confirmation.

Once your appointment request is confirmed, you will receive an email alerting you and giving you additional information about your appointment. You are now confirmed and have scheduled an appointment online!

What If I Have Questions or Issues?

If you have questions or need to speak with a member of our team before requesting an appointment, call us at 316-691-0249.

Existing patients can also communicate directly with their provider’s team and request appointments through the Patient Portal.

During peak hours, the scheduler may be processing multiple appointment requests. This is why we have the request and confirmation process to ensure no double booking takes place. As well, you may find that while you are looking at a provider’s available times…the times might change. Once you request a time, its availability is removed from the scheduler to protect your request — the same goes for anyone else using the scheduler at the same time as you.

At any time, you can call us at 316-691-0249. If you require after-hours immediate care, please call us at (316) 261-8825.
