Daniel Warren, MD

Physician

Daniel Warren is a board certified addiction medicine and family medicine physician.  He grew up in Wichita and graduated from Baylor University with a B.S. in Psychology.  He attended medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City and Wichita.  He received family medicine training while active duty in the US Navy at Naval Hospital Bremerton, and then he practiced family medicine at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor.  After separating from the Navy, he received addiction medicine training at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon, and after completing that he returned to Wichita to practice.  He joined HealthCore in 2018 in order to add the option of medication-assisted treatment to HealthCore’s substance use treatment program.
