Toni Rollins is a board-certified nurse practitioner by ANCC. She completed her ADN through Pratt CC in 2015, bachelor’s through Ottawa University in 2017 and master’s through Waldon University in 2021. Toni has been in the health care field since the age of 15. She has spent most of her nursing career in long term acute care setting. Since gaining her APRN, Toni has worked in wound care and family practice. Dedicated to patient-centered, evidence-based care, she provides comprehensive services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute treatment. Known for compassionate care and strong clinical skills, she is committed to promoting health, wellness, and education across diverse patient populations. Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth, Toni is passionate about health equity, preventive care, and empowering patients to take an active role in their well-being.
