Back-To-School & NHCW Event This Saturday!

To help get families ready for the new school year and to celebrate National Health Center Week, we’re hosting a HUGE event this Saturday! This family-friendly event features free food, refreshments, snowcones, free backpack giveaways, music, and more — as well as sports physicals for only $15, free dental check-ups, free mental health check-ins, free Covid-19 vaccines, immunizations, and more! Plus, we’re kicking off our Community Mural, a project that will transform the entrance of HealthCore Clinic with a new mural inspired by stories from our community.

Community Mural Project
HealthCore Clinic has teamed up with BrickMob to create an iconic community mural at the main entrance of our clinic celebrating you! Share with us what HealthCore means to you, what is important to you about this community, and what your vision is for the future. Your stories will be the inspiration for the mural which will be painted and unveiled this fall.

Get Your Covid Vaccine This Saturday
The Delta variant is a highly contagious strain of the coronavirus (Covid-19). Delta was the cause of more than 80% of new Covid-19 cases in the United States during the month of July. In Kansas, only 50% of the state has received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Overall only 43% of Kansas’s population has been fully vaccinated. People who are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus appear to have protection against Delta, but anyone who is unvaccinated and not practicing preventive strategies is at risk for infection by the new variant.
The Covid-19 vaccines are safe, effective, and they are free. At this time, we are vaccinating people age 12 or older. The time is NOW to get vaccinated from Covid-19.
